Seriously, housekeeping needs to step it up!!! Elevators require maintenance, and it’s a hassle when only one is working during busy hours!!! Issues like running out of toilet paper should never happen!!!

The location is excellent, right across from the mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating despite the chaos during breakfast.

The hotel needs serious renovations. stains on carpet and uncomfortable bed made my stay less enjoyable.

I was unable to check in due to my reservation not being found, which led to a last-minute room change at a higher price. It disrupted my weekend plans significantly.
